PRIVACY POLICY OF PERSONAL DATA
Data privacy is extremely important for SC TE-MA Romania SRL and we want to be as transparent and open as possible regarding the processing of personal data. Therefore, we have adopted the policy that defines how your personal data is processed and protected.
Personal data controller
SC TE-MA Romania SRL is the controller of the personal data you provide us, and it is responsible for your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation: Article 6, paragraph 1, paragraph b) Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on circulation of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
Who gets access to your data?
Your data can be transmitted within TE-MA Romania. We do not transmit, sell or transfer to third parties your data for marketing purposes outside the company TE-MA Romania. The data transmitted to third parties is used only in order to provide you our services. You will find the third-party categories in each specific process below.
Legal basis for data processing
For each specific processing of personal data collected from you, we will inform you if the provision of personal data is required by regulations or if it is necessary to conclude a contract, if it is mandatory to provide us personal data and which are possible consequences if you refuse.
Where is the data stored?
The data collected from you is stored in the European Economic Area (EEA), but can also be transferred and processed in a country outside the EEA. Any such transfer of your personal data will be made in accordance with current legislation, being secure and constantly monitored.
In case of data transfers outside the EEA, SC TE-MA Romania SRL will use the standard contractual clauses and the Privacy Shield as guarantees for countries that lack a decision on the adequacy of protection from the European Commission.
Right of access
You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold about you. You can contact TE-MA Romania who will provide you the personal data by e-mail.
The right to portability
Every time TE-MA Romania processes your personal data by automatic means based on your consent or based on an agreement, you have the right to obtain a transfer of a copy of your data to you or to another address. It only includes the personal data you have provided to us.
The right to rectification
You have the right to request the rectification of your personal data if they are incorrect, including the right to complete incomplete personal data.
The right to erasure of data
You have the right to erase at any time any personal data processed by TE-MA Romania.
The right to object to processing based on a legitimate interest
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on the legitimate interest in TE-MA Romania
TE-MA Romania will not continue to process personal data unless we can demonstrate a legitimate reason for processing that prevails over your interests and rights or based on legal proceedings.
The right to oppose direct marketing
You have every right to object to direct marketing, including to profile analysis for direct marketing purposes. When you want, you can unsubscribe from direct marketing by the following means:
- following instructions in each marketing email
- changing the settings of your TE-MA Romania account
The right to restrict processing
You have the right to request that TE-MA Romania restricts the processing of your personal data in the following situations:
- if you object to the processing based on the legitimate interest in TE-MA Romania, it will restrict any processing of these data until the confirmation of the legitimate interest.
- if you state that your personal data is incorrect, TE-MA Romania must restrict any processing of this data until the correctness of the personal data is verified.
- if the processing is illegal, you can object to the erasure of personal data and request a restriction on the use of your personal data.
- if TE-MA Romania no longer needs your personal data, but it is necessary to defend your rights in court.
The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
If you are of the opinion that TE-MA Romania processes your personal data in an incorrect way, you can contact us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (ANSPDCP).
