1. General aspects and company details

The information presented on the website www.te-ma.eu (hereinafter referred to as the website) is the property of TE-MA ROMÂNIA S.R.L., based in Prelungirea Ghencea 65, Bragadiru, Ilfov County, registered with Bucharest Trade Register under no. J40/4075/2000, Sole Registration Code 12958415, tax attribute RO, hereinafter referred to as TE-MA Romania.

Any takeover of the content (in whole or in part) for purposes other than personal interest is sanctioned under the copyright law.

The information provided on this site is in Romanian, without excluding its presentation in other languages.

Access to and / or use of the site by you constitutes ACCEPTANCE of these conditions and bind you to comply with them.

USER: represents the person who accesses the SITE, for private or professional purposes and who has accepted the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of this SITE, fulfilling all the requirements of the registration process;

ABUSIVE USE: represents the use of the SITE in a way contrary to the practice in the field, the regulations and legislation in force or in any other way that may cause harm to TE-MA Romania.

The information published on the SITE is information of general interest about TE-MA Romania, the products sold by the company, its partners, as well as other information considered by TE-MA Romania as being of interest to USERS.

TE-MA Romania is the owner of all intellectual property rights over the SITE, respectively over its design and content as well as over all Trademarks registered in its own name and published on the SITE. All content of the site is protected in accordance with the Copyright Law no. 8/1996.

This site is an intellectual creation in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights, with subsequent additions and amendments and, as such, TE-MA ROMANIA, as the author of this original creation, benefits from the protection and rights provided by the law.

The content of the TE-MA Romania site including, but not limited to, graphics, names, trademarks (such as: the name of the site and the company TE-MA Romania, symbols, images, texts, multimedia files) are the property of TE-MA Romania and may not be taken over and / or used without the prior written consent of the owner.

Visitors of this site may copy information from it for personal, non-commercial use only and without deleting or modifying it. Modification or use of the materials that can be found on this site for purposes other than information or use as a customer, is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of TE-MA Romania S.R.L. liability

By accessing the site, you agree the use to be made under your own responsibility. TE-MA Romania is not responsible for any direct or indirect incident or any other losses, costs or expenses of any kind that may occur as a result of accessing or browsing the site or through data downloads (text, images, video or audio).

Also, TE-MA Romania is not responsible for any damage caused by viruses, bugs, human actions or any failure of the computer system or any other communication errors, malfunctions or delays in transmissions on devices.

Under no circumstances will TE-MA Romania be liable for any direct, indirect, accidental, special damage resulting from the use or inability to use this site and will not be liable for any damage resulting from errors, omissions, interruptions, malfunctions, delays in operation or transmission or any performance failure of the site.

Liability for the content of the SITE: TE-MA Romania is not and cannot be held responsible for the damages created by the errors, inaccuracy or failure to update the information published or maintained on the SITE, which are not caused by its fault. TE-MA Romania reserves the right to complete and modify at any time any information on the SITE.

TE-MA Romania is not liable for any loss, costs, lawsuits, claims, expenses or other liabilities, if they are directly caused by non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions.

TE-MA Romania is not responsible for any damages created as a result of the temporary non-functioning of the Site as well as for those resulting from the impossibility of accessing certain links published on the Site.

8. Ownership of personal data

TE-MA Romania may request users to communicate personal data (name, address, e-mail) only if they wish to contact the company, in order to obtain certain information or to receive certain documents.

TE-MA Romania informs you that the personal data you communicate online will be exclusively used by this company, which is responsible for its processing and storage. This data will not be communicated to third parties, except for those who host the site or who intervene on its content or manage it. These third parties are obliged to comply with the confidentiality of this data and may not use it for purposes other than the operation or management of the site.

9. Data collection

Data collection is performed through various ways and specific tools such as: Google Analitycs, the newsletter management application, through contact forms available on the site that are filled in by users, through online questionnaires, etc. We use IP addresses to analyze browsing habits, manage the site, track user interests, and gather demographic information for internal use. All these aim to increasing the ease of use of the site and publish information as relevant as possible to the interests of users. IP addresses are anonymized.

When you browse the site www.te-ma.eu, you will do so in strict anonymity. As a general rule, we do not record any personal information at this stage, not even your email address. Instead, your browser automatically provides us with information about the type of computer and operating system used.

Moreover, we integrate in the different pages of the site a system of "tags", which allows us to find out which pages you have consulted.

Remarketing

TE-MA, its partners or users cannot be held responsible for any delay or error in the execution of contractual obligations or in the content provided on our site, resulting directly or indirectly from causes beyond the control of TE-MA. This exemption includes, but is not limited to: errors in the operation of technical equipment from te-ma.eu, failure of the internet connection, failure of telephone connections, computer viruses, unauthorized access to te-ma.eu systems, operation errors, strike, etc.

2. Links to other sites
